Overnight in Rohan
The drive through Germany was exciting, to say the least. Our unwelcomed traveling companion, the rain, showed his resentment by providing us with a driving experience through a waterfall where our eyes were blindfolded by the treacherous sheet of water thrown from the sky and to make it even more interesting flash flooding, especially through the underpasses, where it was a couple of feet deep, offered a hazardous refreshing lesson on aquaplaning. Once the fury was leashed the sun peeped through the clouds and all the colours around us came to life while the eyes gorged on the beautiful rainbow leading our way.
